Print On Canvas is committed to providing a very high level of after sales service. We believe that it is our duty to offer our customers the best possible quality available at the most competitive prices.

We are so sure that you will be equally impressed with the quality of our products that we stand behind them completely.

Before any canvas is dispatched to our customers, our professional staff follow a very comprehensive process of quality control procedures to ensure that we only send goods that are in perfect condition.

We also have very strict insulation and bubble wrapping procedures to ensure that there is full protection for your canvas during the delivery process. All glasses are individually wrapped and use state of the art insulation packaging to ensure maximum protection.

In the rare event that goods arrive to our customers in a less than perfect state, we normally are able to resolve these issue quickly by offering the relevant replacement free of charge or a completely new replacement piece.

You must initiate a return of the defective piece to us within 30 days. Please always contact our customer service immediately if you experience any such problems with your purchase.

If for any reason you are not 100% happy with your order, you can return the product to us for an EXCHANGE within 30 days from the date you receive your order.
  1. The goods MUST be returned unused, in all the original packaging, and with all the authenticity tags and manufacturer seals still attached.
  2.     All returns are inspected on arrival and exchanges will NOT be issued if the goods are not in original condition.
  3.     Please ensure that goods are returned to us via "signed for delivery" and a certificate of posting is obtained. We cannot accept liability for any products that are damaged in transit so please ensure that the packaging is appropriate.
  4.     When we re-ship your exchanged item, we will charge you an additional shipping fee for re-sending.
  5.     The shipping charges of your original order are not refundable.
  6.     Important Note For Returns: Do not return your canvas purchase without first contacting our customer service. We will provide you with a specific address for this purpose. (Returns should not be sent to the shipping address listed on the parcel).
